Dr. Pam is an experienced and dedicated educator whose life has been devoted to early childhood education. She previously served as Director of the Demonstration School at Khon Kaen University and as a faculty member at the Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School, two of Thailand’s most respected institutions. In these roles, she worked closely with teachers and young learners, strengthening educational practice and advancing early childhood development. Inspired by her own journey as a mother, she created a school that reflected the values she envisioned for her children. What began as a small initiative grew into a lifelong mission. Over the years, she has established and led multiple institutions, including international schools and multilingual learning centers, all grounded in her unwavering commitment to quality education. Her doctoral research at Illinois State University focused on creativity in early childhood education, reinforcing her belief that creativity is not an addition, but a foundation. She believes that the first five years of life lay the groundwork for lifelong learning. Guided by Montessori principles and modern educational research, her philosophy nurtures independence, curiosity, confidence, and meaningful self-expression.
